Positive: Great location, 2 minutes from sea side, 5 min from busy part of town . Even for late October great place to be. Villa is charming and very nicely decorated. We have got 2 rooms, one large with great view 2nd small. Both very pleasant. Very good breakfast servered with good choice. Plus some sweets and coffee/tea availible during afternoon. Personal was just great!

Negative: Everything worked for us perfectly. I would be only concerned with probably a lot of people in summer peak season. Out of season just fantastic place to go.

Positive: The view from the tower was as good as possible for Międzyzdroje (apart from the wave, probably) The location was perfect - not too far from the pier, but far enough for it to be quiet. Only a few minutes from the beach and one can just fetch a paravan and an umbrella without any process. There were also bikes for free use. Alll the three staff members were very friendly. There were fresh meals at breakfast. The coffee machine was free to use all day long. There were also juices and sweets during the day. The furniture was making it look cozy and like from a hundred years ago (in a good way).

Negative: The pillows were not comfortable. There were loud sounds from the neighbours when they used the air conditioning (the manager asked them to not use it, but it still took half a night for the system to switch off and become quiet). The rooms were cleaned only twice in six days, probably because of the too few staff - the receptionist / manager and the two kitchen/cleaning staff. Breakfast was offered only between 8 and 10 am. The toilet would not flush from the first flushing. There was no wardrobe. There were no shelves in the bathroom. The bikes were only in the size for adults and older children.

Summary: Well located, cozy and friendly staff, but the expectations for this category are higher.
